Who we are & what these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website and your service relationship with Advance Appliance Services, Inc. By using the site or booking a repair, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, call us — we'd rather explain than surprise you.

Our services

We provide residential appliance repair across Sonoma, Marin, and Napa counties. We are a factory-authorized servicer for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, and we service additional luxury appliance brands. Information on this website — including symptoms, causes, and typical repairs — is general guidance, not a diagnosis of your specific appliance.

Appointments, diagnostic fee & estimates

• Our diagnostic visit is a flat $80, payable when the technician arrives.
• After diagnosis, you receive a written estimate before any repair work begins. No work proceeds without your approval.
• When you approve the repair, the $80 diagnostic fee is credited toward your repair total.
• If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee covers the visit and diagnosis.
• Please provide reasonable access to the appliance and a safe working environment. If we can't access the appliance at the scheduled time, a return visit may require a new appointment.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your estimate or invoice.

Our guarantee

Our repairs are backed by a guarantee of up to one year, covering the parts we installed and the specific work we performed. The exact terms for your repair appear on your written estimate and invoice. The guarantee does not cover unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions, misuse, or damage caused by others.

Brand names

Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, and other brand names on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent, factory-authorized service company; use of these names describes the appliances we service and our authorization status, and does not imply we are the manufacturer.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse it — no scraping, no attempting to breach security, no unlawful use. Content on this site (text, design, images we created) belongs to Advance Appliance Services and may not be republished without permission.

Disclaimers
